Personal data protection policy

1. Data we collect

BigAI collects only what is necessary to respond to you and deliver services:

• Information you submit through forms: name, work email, phone number, company and a description of your needs.
• Technical data on visit: truncated IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referral source.
• Data arising during service delivery, strictly within the scope agreed in each customer contract.

2. How we use it

Personal data is used for the following purposes and no others:

• Responding to your enquiry and providing consultation.
• Performing a contract and delivering the agreed services.
• Improving website content based on aggregate, non-identifying statistics.
• Sending technical newsletters, only with your consent and cancellable at any time.

3. Legal basis

BigAI processes personal data on the basis of consent, performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Data sharing

BigAI does not sell or trade personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data is shared only in three cases: with infrastructure providers operating the website under confidentiality agreements; on lawful request by a competent authority; or with your explicit written consent.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on infrastructure located in Vietnam and retained for at most 24 months from your last interaction, unless a longer period is legally required.

BigAI applies encryption in transit, role-based access control, access logging and periodic security review.

6. Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you have the following rights over your personal data:

• To know what data is processed and how.
• To access, correct or update your data.
• To withdraw consent and request deletion.
• To restrict or object to processing.
• To lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
